An Alberta student is voicing his support through Facebook for a controversial bill dealing with sex education.
Bill 44 is the controversial human rights bill that was recently passed in Alberta, Canada. The bill gives parents the right to opt their children out of controversial sex-ed programs in school and carries stiffs fines for teachers who do not adequately warn parents when such programs and lessons take place.

'Parental rights' - Congress in a race against the U.N.

A parental rights advocate is thrilled that Congress has introduced a bill that would protect the rights of parents.
Michael Farris, president of ParentalRights.org, is offering thanks to Senator Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina), Congressman Pete Hoekstra (R-Michigan), and Congressman Frank Wolf (R-Virginia) for standing up for parental rights. He says Congressman Hoekstra and more than 70 members of the House introduced House Joint Resolution 42, also known as the Parental Rights Amendment.
