The Culture and Media Institute claims YouTube is not keeping its commitment to be family-friendly.
According to the Institute's spokeswoman Colleen Raezler, YouTube's definition of family-friendly content is apparently opposes that of the average parent, who is concerned about what their children experience on the Internet.
