Falsely arrested KS pastor wins lawsuit

Charlie Butts - OneNewsNow

A Wichita, Kansas, pastor has won a battle over free speech.

In June 2007, Mark Holick, pastor of Spirit One Christian Center, and 30 members of his congregation traveled to a downtown park where a homosexual festival was under way. They hoped to spread the message of salvation and the power to leave the 'gay' lifestyle through Christ. They were accosted by police who told them they could not conduct their business, even outside the park.
