Pro-lifers in Illinois have successfully defeated Freedom of Choice Act legislation.
The Pro-Life Action League had a major victory last week in the Illinois legislature where pro-abortion forces were trying to foist an Illinois version of the Freedom of Choice Act, or FOCA, onto the state. Eric Scheidler is a spokesman for the League.
