A bill recently introduced in Congress would criminalize sex-and race-selection abortion.
Congressman Trent Franks (R-Arizona) and colleague Jeff Fortenberry (R-Nebraska) are co-sponsoring the Susan B. Anthony/Frederick Douglass Prenatal Nondiscrimination Act. The bill would ban people from performing or soliciting funding for race- or sex-selected abortion.
